Provenance celebrates the finest locally sourced produce, specialty breads, and beverages, along with a deli-inspired retail section featuring Central Otago products. This region is full of flavour and home to hard-working farmers, orchardists, and specialty artisans. An airport cafe is the perfect spot to share the fruits of their labour with both residents and visitors.

Designed to be enjoyed in any season, Provenance boasts an interior inspired by a New York deli and an adjoining al fresco courtyard. This unique indoor-outdoor space has excellent heating in the winter and a retractable canopy roof for the summer, ensuring comfort year-round.  

The cafe offers counter and cabinet food freshly prepared each day, complemented by a diverse à la carte menu covering breakfast to dinner, dawn to dusk, seven days a week. Savour local craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
