An important part in achieving Zero Harm is ensuring that all our managers, employees and contractors clearly understand their responsibilities for Health and Safety.
Contractor & Tenant Guidelines
Queenstown Airport is dedicated to providing a safe working environment for both company employees and all contractors it engages, or those working on Queenstown Airport sites or in the public domain. The Contractor & Tenant Guidelines provide the health and safety measures that all parties must follow to ensure they are satisfactorily managed during the course of business operations. The Guidelines are designed to enable sharing of information and continuous improvement to help us achieve Zero Harm.
Authority to Work Permit
QAC is responsible for ensuring all work undertaken at Queenstown Airport is done in a safe and compliant manner. All contractors must submit a Job Safety Assessment online for review and approval by QAC. Once approved, QAC will issue the Authority to Work Permit.
Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions
Where no formal contract exists between the Contractor and Queenstown Airport, then all services provided and goods purchased will be under the Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions.
