Travelling With Pets

If you're travelling with pets, please familiarise yourself with the information below. 

We ask that you keep your pets in their crates while inside the terminal. We have working dogs on duty so we encourage you to respect their work environment by keeping your furry friends contained while inside. 

If you are flying out of ZQN with your pet, place them in the crate before entering the terminal to check them in. If you are collecting them from ZQN, they will be next to the Oversize Baggage claim area. Please keep them in the crate until they are outside. If you need scissors to cut the ties on the crate, our team at the Airport Information Desk can help. 

Feel free to take your pooch for a quick walk around our garden outside the terminal before or after your flight, but we do ask they are kept on a lead.
