Financial Reports & Disclosures

Queenstown Airport Corporation is a council-controlled trading organisation (CCTO) for the purposes of the Local Government Act 2002. QAC has a 30 June balance date. We report to our shareholders twice each year, with an Interim Report for the six months ending 31 December and an Annual Report for the year ending 30 June. The company also prepares a draft and final Statement of Intent (SOI) for shareholders each year. Please note, the financial forecasts in the company's SOI and the financial results reported in the interim reports are not audited.
