Queenstown Airport Community Fund
Queenstown Airport is uniquely positioned to serve the needs of the community and the regional economy and to connect people to the district and the broader region.
Currently, Queenstown Airport funds various events and community organisations that align with their sustainability objectives for the benefit of the region, its people and place.
Queenstown Airport is extending its community support by launching the Queenstown Airport Community Fund. The fund has $50,000 available for smaller organisations within the airport catchment area to apply for funding. Grants will range between $1000 and $5000.
Not-for-profits operating in the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago districts who are undertaking valuable work in their communities are eligible to apply to the fund.
The Fund is administered on behalf of Queenstown Airport by the Wakatipu Community Foundation.
Timing:
Applications are open from 3rd March – 7th April
Funds will be awarded late May.
