HR Advisor
We’re looking for an HR Advisor who thrives on variety, brings great attention to detail, and enjoys building relationships that make work better for everyone.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a hands-on, purpose-driven role supporting our team as we grow and transform. From running payroll and supporting leaders, to delivering people initiatives and enabling change—your work will have real impact across the organisation.
You’ll join a values-led People & Culture team that plays a critical role in supporting the success, wellbeing, and capability of our people during an exciting time of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end responsibility for running our fortnightly payroll
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development processes
Advising and coaching leaders on people matters and policies
Contributing to a range of People & Culture initiatives and projects
Supporting organisational change, capital development, and engagement activity
Keeping HR data and reporting accurate, compliant, and actionable
Your Skills and Experience:
2–4 years’ experience in a generalist HR or advisory role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Solid understanding of NZ employment law and best practice HR
Ability to work cross-functionally with great interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset—you’re comfortable managing your own workload and identifying what matters most
Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
A passion for people, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow

Marketing & Content Coordinator
Join the team as our Marketing & Content Coordinator, reporting to the Partnerships & Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include producing high-quality visual content to support our marketing communications efforts, community engagement and sustainability aspirations. General administration and reporting tasks are required alongside emergency management preparedness support.
Your Skills and Experience:
• You’ll love dynamic work environments and come with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent workplace experience in Marketing, Communications, or Visual Arts.
• You’ll be a driven and creative professional with an approachable style who is excited about marketing and communications and genuinely wants to solve customer problems.
• You’ll be a collaborative and engaging team player who is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with people across the business to get the best results.
• You’ll have strong analysis and reporting skills and prior experience working with data sets to understand performance, optimise campaigns, support decision-making, and measure outcomes.
• You’ll have a high desire to test, learn, and iterate, balanced with a creative eye and proven experience using editing software to capture and deliver high-quality visual assets for multiple platforms.
• You’ll have a good understanding of the marketing mix and be able to develop high-impact, integrated campaigns that deliver business results.
• You’ll be a natural storyteller with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You’ll have the ability to be agile coupled with excellent time management skills.
• You’ll have a good understanding of technology and cloud-based programmes. A developing understanding or awareness of AI-driven innovations and share of model (SOM) optimisation strategies is a bonus!
• You’ll have a strong commitment to doing the right thing and be a person who champions a healthy and safe culture.
